Celebration of Children Reunion 2009

On Saturday July 18th, about 900 people from all over the U.S. enjoyed a great day at Forest Park in Noblesville Indiana as FTIA families and friends participated in the 2009 Celebration of Children Reunion. It was a perfect day for a picnic with some clouds and a temperature in the 70's, filled with much fellowship, eating, playing, relaxing and general good times. Children of all ages enjoyed the playgrounds, carousel, miniature golf, old trains at the Transportation Museum, face painting, games, and other activities.

Here are a few photos from the day for you to enjoy. We will post more as we receive them.

Plans for the 2010 Celebration of Children Reunion are already underway. We will return to Forest Park on Saturday, July 17, 2010. Mark your calendars now for this special day!

Thanks to everyone for helping make this another great day by your presence, volunteering, bringing food, and sharing your joy in your family. Every year the reunion reminds us in a special way of the rewards of our work. We thank you for being part of our family and consider it a privilege to share your adoption journey.

We will soon be sending a link to a survey as we want to make some changes for next year's reunion and we need your input!

See you next year!
Your FTIA Team
