Post-Placement Requirements for Vietnam

Each country has its own post-placement requirements. The following are the specific requirements of Vietnam as of this date.

Vietnam Post-Adoption Requirements

Vietnam requires post-placement reports once every six months for the first three years and then one report annually from the fourth year until the child is 18 years of age.  Vietnam requires the first three reports (at 6, 12, and 18 months) to be prepared by a state-licensed home study agency and subsequent reports may be prepared by the adoptive parents.
