We suggest that you send any medical information and video by some sort of express mail. When you send them, enclose a pre-paid, pre-addressed express mail envelope so that the medical info and video can be returned to you. Be sure to include your daytime and evening phone numbers and how late you can be called. We also suggest that you give whomever you select a call or fax them to let them know you are sending medical information from a referral for review and when you require a response.
