Wow! Hard to believe Alex has been a part of our family for almost a year now. Last year at this time we were busy packing and trying to decide what to take. Our trip went well. Alex has truly been a blessing from God and I can't imagine life without him. Easter holds a special place in our hearts because that's when we first met our son and he was placed in our loving arms forever.
When Alex came home last year he couldn't sit up by himself and now he can walk, run, go down a slide, and explore everything! He has been a very healthy child and as of today is caught up on his shots until kindergarten. He has almost doubled his weight in a year.
Thank all of you at FTIA for helping us bring this precious child into our lives and I pray for all the other orphans who have not yet found their forever family. We would be happy to speak at one of your meetings sometime.
