A Child's Plea Featured Child 

Yu Na

Yu Na is diagnosed with bilateral cleft lip and palate and also congenital heart disease (atrial septal defect), post surgery. She cannot walk yet, but can stand up holding onto the crib rails. She can play with toys by herself and can crawl. She is not speaking yet; it is possible Yu Na may also have some hearing loss. Yu Na resides in a foster care facility. Yu Na is a very sweet child in need of a loving family!!
